Family-owned and operated GreenRock Recycling, LLC, is a Class-B recycling facility that accepts wood, brick, block, concrete and asphalt and recycles it as products for resale to residential, municipal and commercial customers.

Conveniently situated between Route 78 Exits 12 and 13 in Clinton, NJ, GreenRock is an easy-on, easy-off location for deliveries and pickups by customers throughout northern and central New Jersey. We accept short logs and tree limbs, brick, block, asphalt and concrete from homeowners, landscapers, municipalities and contractors. All material that comes to our site is separated, processed and sold as clean, reusable products.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for trash and any other non-recyclable material, and our business generates no waste.

Our customers include landscapers, homeowners, concrete companies, demolition businesses and every type of contractor who needs to dispose of concrete, asphalt and brick.

After almost four decades as an excavating contractor serving customers in and around Hunterdon County, NJ. The Plushanski Family started looking for ways to be “more green” and cost-efficient. As a first step, Brian’s excavating business began crushing rock and concrete onsite and reusing the crushed material for their own projects.

Then, with the purchase of an old shale pit on Route 78 in Clinton, NJ, they established GreenRock Recycling, LLC, and began serving customers who needed a readily accessible source for disposing of asphalt and concrete. From that, GreenRock produced products for resale.
